10. Smile at the situation Guide and help your peers 

The benefits of laughter yoga for So Kei are stretching muscles and smiling faces. He believes everything is challenging initially, but once overcome, everything is manageable. During the half-year "growth period", he built up his self-confidence step by step. Apart from participating in rehabilitation, he also shared what he had learned to inspire fellow travellers.
