6. Every cloud has a silver lining, discover your potential

In the past, Mr. Leung was busy running around, but the stroke forced him to slow down and realise that there are things worth learning in all areas of life. From a layperson in science and technology to the editor-in-chief of a patient mutual aid organisation, the key to managing his post-stroke life is to have the courage to try, regardless of gains and losses.
