In the past, Mr. Leung was busy running around, but the stroke forced him to slow down and realize that there are things worth learning in all areas of life. From a layperson in science and technology to the editor-in-chief of a patient mutual aid organization, the key to managing his post-stroke life is to have the courage to try, regardless of gains and losses.

Mr. Tang faced obstacles on the road to recovery. He shared with us how to start from scratch and learn to divide difficult things into small goals: Be hopeful, adjust your mentality, and live in the moment. Even though the process is long, silent efforts will eventually bear fruit.
Ah Chung is often restless because he lacks the ability to take care of himself and feels at a loss for his future life. Bedridden all day long after a stroke and unable to go to work, Mr. So is most worried about the financial burden on his family. Staying at home but even tutoring his son with his homework was difficult. Fortunately, the support of his family enabled him to adapt to the change in family status. Ms. Tang was actively involved in various treatments after her stroke. Her self-conscious and persistent attitude enabled her to overcome the obstacles of the rehabilitation process. She believes that looking forward can improve negative emotions, and thinking more about her family's efforts can make her more positive and comforting to her caregivers.

He fell into an emotional valley after a stroke, blamed himself for not paying attention to his health, refused to contact relatives and friends, self-isolated and even wanted to give up on himself. Her daughter bought tools and booked venues for him online, allowing him to actively participate in training and regain his interest in table tennis. The housewife who held up half the sky suddenly lost her ability to take care of herself after a stroke, pretending to be strong in front of her family, but she could not speak in her heart. The unkind words of others turned into a motivation, which made her determined to strengthen her rehabilitation practice, and she vowed to cook for her family again.
