He fell into an emotional valley after a stroke, blamed himself for not paying attention to his health, refused to contact relatives and friends, self-isolated and even wanted to give up on himself. Fortunately, he received full support from his family. He wishes to send a message to fellow stroke survivors to support each other and work together to help relieve depression.
